What's be a teacher

I’m going to write about the Chilean education which has radically been changing through the time, Chilean students have wanted, day after day, a better education and try to improve the level of the education for every people in this country because the national level of education for people who does not have a good economic status for paying a good level privates schools

I think that be a teacher is the most important role and also is a difficult mission in the society, this is because every doctor, every architect, every company’s manager have been a student, and when they were children, they had a model who has substituted their father, their mother, their brothers or their friend. Those models have been every primary or high school teacher.

I’ve always thought that be a teacher is a matter of vocation, if you want to be a teacher you must think that this job is not for becoming a rich person, it has to do with a feeling of teach everything you know to your pupils and try to be a friend, more than a teacher, like a big brother of the students.

If you want to be a teacher you must have a lot of patience because the behaviour of the student has changed thanks to the interests of them and the new world that they see each day in the T.V., in the internet and in the videogames.

While I have been studying, day after day, I feel a stronger vocation to be a teacher, this is why I don’t want to be a mediocre teacher, and after finish this career I want to travel to a foreign country where the population only speaks in English to learn more about the language. I have the chance of live in United States and stay in my uncle’s house, I want to become in a very good English teacher.

When I gave my first class I felt really nervous but when I finished it, the sensation was really rewarding and the students learnt a lot, they said that only in one class they had learnt more than in all previous year.

To finish this blog I want to write that be a teacher is a very rewarding experience and you should try to be a good model for your students giving your one hundred per cent to change the reality of the national education

How a hobby can start?

Well, the focus of this topic is why I choose playing the drum like my favorite hobby.

First of all, I always wanted to have a band with my friends, when we were children, we used to play with my mom's pots and my friend played with brooms. I have dreamed with be part of a band all my life and now I am.
At the beginning I didn’t have enough money to buy a drum kit myself, so I worked and I did my professional practice at the same time because that year I left the school. When I have earned enough I went to the crown plaza boulevard and I bought it.

My passion for playing drums started when the brother-in-law of my uncle wanted sell his drums kit because he didn’t have where leave it because his house was very small, so, my uncle had spoken with him to leave the drum in my house and he did it. When he’s left the drum, my uncle and I decided to put every piece of the drum together and that was the exactly the moment when my passion started, I still remembered when my uncle said “Chris play something for me although you don’t know how”, after that I have practiced every day until now.
When I could buy my own drum I played every day at every time, when I wasn’t eating something or in the bathroom I was playing my drum, once my grandmother said “thanks god you didn’t buy a car because you will be driving in United States”.

Besides this I have won a drummer’s course in which a very good drummer teaches you how play the drum in different styles, and that helped me a lot to understand the different rhythms of music. And in that course I made a friendship with the guitar player of my teacher and he is the official and first guitar in my band and with some friends of him started the band “Proyecto K-labaza”.

My Favorite Band

Biography of Maná.

This band started in 1978 in the Mexican city of Guadalajara like all band starts, playing in the garages of their houses.

At the beginning this band called "Sombrero Verde" playing cover of famous bands like The Beatles, Led Zeppelling and others, only with two guitars and a bongo. In 1985 both the drummer and the second guitar left the group, after this Juan, Sergio and Fher decided to find a new drummer by making a casting.

In 1986 Alex Gonzalez joined the band after the casting. Before this event Alex talked to Fher (the band's leader), and said "I wanna be the last guy in giving the audition" being Alex the best drummer in the casting, with this, they decided to change the band's name, from that moment on the band was called Maná. The members of the band are: On the guitar is Sergio Vallin; On the bass is Juan Calleros; On the vocals is Fher Olivera and On the drum is Alex Gonzalez.

The style of this band has a little of everything, it's a mix of pop-rock with reggae. And the lyrics talk about love, environmental nature problems, and they tell tales about love's storys.

Their Discography starts with the album was called "Maná" in 1986 like the band's name," Falta amor" in 1989,"¿Dónde jugaran los niños?" in 1992, "Maná en vivo" in 1994, Cuando los ángeles llorar" in 1995, "Sueños líquidos" in 1997, "MTV Unplugged" in 1999, "Revolución de amor" in 2002, And the new one "Amar es combatir" in 2006.

I like very much this band because they started like my band started and because they express a really love for the nature. I hope be so famous like them.
